Relating to regulate the license the business of making small loans in the amount or value of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars or less, secured or unsecured; repealing all other acts or parts of acts which relate to the same subject matter as this Act insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act; providing that this Act shall not be void as a whole if any part thereof is held unconstitutional.
