SB 292, 51st R.S.

Relating to donating and granting to the Dallas County Flood Control District all of the State ad valorem taxes that may be collected for general revenue purposes upon property located within said District and from persons therein, for a period of twenty years, commencing September 1, 1949, not to exceed, however, the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) per annum; providing that, if any part of of this Act shall be held unconstitutional, such decision will not affect the remaining part of the Act.
