SB 288, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that upon publication and posting of notice as therein prescribed by any person, firm, unincorporated association, group of persons, or corporation, engaged in mining and producing any mineral or minerals that the signer, or signers, of the notice is, or are mining and producing the mineral, or minerals, under claim of ownership as against all persons, excepting those, if any, who may be excepted by name in the notice.
