SB 273, 51st R.S.
Relating to recognizing liability on the part of the State of Texas or any of its political subdivisions for the negligent or wrongful acts of its officers and employees in the same manner as private persons, firms or corporations; providing that this act shall not affect the provisions of the Workman's Compensation Law.
