Relating to prevent default by the State's Agency, Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District, occasioned by absence of State Tax levies for General Revenue purpose, the proceeds of such omitted tax levies having been previously granted to such District by irrepealable legislative act, by making an appropriation for the benefit of the district; enacting other provisions related to the subject.
