Relating to amending a previous Act, provide for the donation and granting to the Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District for the 20-year period beginning September 1, 1935, certain ad valorem taxes collected from property and persons in the counties of Austin, Brazoria, Burleson, Fort Bend, Grimes, Waller, Washington, Brazos, Milam, and Robertson; providing a repealing clause.
