HB 841, 51st R.S.
Relating to validating, ratifying, confirming and legalizing all proceedings had by counties in the State of Texas having a population of not more than one hundred thousand (100,000), according to the preceding Federal Census, and declaring to be negotiable instruments certain county warrants heretofore issued under the provisions of Article 2368a, and all renewals and refundings thereof; prescribing a severability clause.
