Relating to fixing the salaries of Justices of the Peace who are compensated on a salary basis in Counties having a population of not less than seventy thousand (70,000) inhabitants and not more than one hundred thousand (100,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing that this Act shall be severable; repealing all laws in conflict.
