Relating to providing for the appropriation, allocation, and transfer of funds from the Clearance Fund to a fund to be known as the Farm-to-Market Road Fund of the State Highway Department of the State of Texas, in amount of $1,250,000.00 per month beginning September 1, 1949, for construction of Farm-to-Market Roads; repealing all laws of parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of said act; providing a saving clause.
