Relating to making an appropriation for the sum of Fourteen Hundred Seventy-eight ($1,478.00) Dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of installing one electric air pressure water pump and water system, erecting a flag pole, and other necessary items and Monument Hill State Park, to be administered by the Texas State Parks Board.
