Relating to providing certain procedure for securing used car dealers' and used car salesman's licenses and for certain information to be supplied by applicants; providing a penalty for fraudulent action by any licensed person or any other person; providing that in the event any provision of this Act is declared void or unconstitutional that remain provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
