Relating to permitting the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice Pharmacy in this State to persons who have been licensed by examination to practice pharmacy in some other State, and have been registered in such State for a period of not less than six years immediately preceding the effective date of this Act, and have resided in Texas for a period of at least six years immediately preceding the effective date of this Act; with restrictions
