Relating to authorizing the State Board of Control to construct and equip a building to house and for the use of the Texas Liquor Control Board upon a tract of land 150 feet wide, fronting on West Sixth Street, City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 300 feet, a part of the George W. Spear League and a part of the tract conveyed to the State of Texas by the John B. Hood Camp of Confederate Veterans by deed recorded in Volume 144 Page 430-2, of the Travis County Deed Records, now owned by the State of Texas; making appropriation therefor.
