Relating to providing for the authority of State Land Commissioner to cause the resurvey and remarking of original Land Lines and survey corners of the State; giving the Commissioners Court of each county the authority to co-operate with said Land Commissioner by the employment of County Surveyors or Licensed State Land Surveyors on a yearly basis whose duty shall be that of a resurveying of all original State Land Grants, their lines and establishing of corners and the maintenance of said lines and corners.
