HB 410, 52nd R.S.
Relating to validating certain sales and conveyances, or attempted sales and conveyances, of county lands, and interests in county lands, under certain conditions therein described; provided more than three years have elapsed since the date of such sale or attempted sale; and providing that this Act shall not apply to any sale or conveyance the validity of which is involved in any litigation pending at the time this act becomes effective.
