Relating to authorizing and directing the State Comptroller and the State Treasurer to invest Three and One half Million ($3,500,000.00) Dollars out of The Confederate Pension Fund, in certain State Warrants on the General Fund, and directing the reimbursement of the Confederate Pension Fund out of the General Fund, as funds are available; making the Act cumulative of other laws on the subject.
