HB 46, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing that the moneys allocated to counties from the Lateral Road Account shall be used to pay requirements of bonds the proceeds of which were used for construction or improvement of hard-surfaced farm-to-market roads of not less than two lanes, including the purchase of right-of-way, which roads were constructed or improved under the supervision of the State Highway Department.
