SB 391, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles pertaining to the custody, care, education and support of minor children so as to give any District Court where a minor child and the legal guardian have resided for six months jurisdiction to enforce, amend, change or make such order concerning the child as it deems necessary, including the power of contempt in such cases providing for filing such suits, notice and making certain certified copies of records prima facie evidence and also giving the Court power to allow reasonable attorneys fees.
