SB 161, 52nd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the issuance of a search warrant to search any place where a crime is alleged to have been committed and to remove any evidence of the commission of such crime; prescribing the procedure to be followed in containing search warrant; providing this Act shall be cumulative of all existing laws authorizing search warrants.
