Relating to fixing the term of office of School Trustees of Independent School Districts, whether created under General Law or by Special Act of the Legislature, having one hundred thousand (100,000) or more scholastics according to the last official scholastic census and wherein there may be situated a City having a population of five hundred or more according to the 1950 Federal Census, and having a board of seven (7) trustees.
