Relating to prohibiting any person from walking upon, along, or across, or from driving or riding upon any bicycle or animal-drawn or motor-driven vehicle upon, along, or across any railroad track, team track, bridge, viaduct or trestle, with certain exceptions; and prohibiting any person from entering upon private premises or property owned by a railroad or used for the carrying on of railroad operations; providing penalties for violation of this act.
