HB 113, 53rd 1st Called Session
Relating to providing for the clearance of slum areas for redevelopment in accordance with plans approved by the city council of cities, to create for this purpose a public body corporate and politic, to be known as an urban redevelopment agency, in cities in this State now or hereafter having a population of 550,000 or more.
