HB 417, 53rd R.S.
Relating to providing that the provisions of Acts 1947, 50th Legislature, Page 1049, Chapter 452 shall be applicable to misdemeanors as well as felonies; authorizing application of such act by inferior courts of the State of Texas; providing that such laws shall be applied to misdemeanors in the same manner and to the same extent as felonies; making the Board of Pardons and Paroles of the State of Texas the administrating agency; making parole rules which are applicable to felonies also applicable to misdemeanors.
