Relating to amending certain Acts so as to authorize the Commissioners Court to purchase, build, or construct buildings, structures, and other permanent improvements to be used for annual exhibits of horticultural products, agricultural products, mineral products, and livestock of the county and for the promotion of attendance and public interest in such exhibits and providing for the location and payment therefor; authorizing the issuance of negotiable bonds for such purpose and the levy and collection of taxes in payment thereof.
