Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to accept, approve and file corrected field notes to any survey of land in the State of Texas, where said corrected field notes are made by a duly authorized official land surveyor and based upon possession and acquiescence for twenty-five (25) years; authorizing the present owners of said surveys to purchase excess acreage revealed by said corrected field notes at a price to be set by the School Land Board.
