Relating to amending the Texas Election Code, regulating write-in candidates in elections held in this State and prescribing the method for becoming a write-in candidate; providing for the form of the ballot on voting machines where no person has qualified as a write-in candidate for an office; providing that irregular ballots cast on voting machines shall be counted only in the event they are cast for persons who have duly qualified as write-in candidates.
