HB 375, 53rd R.S.
Relating to requiring all moneys received by the State Department of Banking on and after September 1, 1953 for any charges, fees, and other services rendered by it to be deposited in the Treasury of the State of Texas in an account to be known as the State Department of Banking Account and shall be paid out only upon appropriation by the Legislature.
