Relating to providing for zoning islands within the State along the Gulf of Mexico, by the Commissioners Courts of counties bordering on the Gulf of Mexico within whose boundaries such islands or parts of islands lie, on recommendation of a zoning commission of seven members to be appointed by the said Commissioners Courts; providing for an effective date of the Act.
