HB 867, 53rd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Governor, on application of any railroad company, to appoint railroad police to serve at the expense of the company; which police shall have authority to enforce any laws in this State designed to protect life and property other than those regulating the use of State highways by motor trucks, motor buses and other motor vehicles; making the company at whose request said police were appointed civilly responsible for their acts.
