Relating to enacting the Lobbyist Registration Act, concerning regulation of representation of others by any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association for the purpose of directly or indirectly promoting or opposing the passage of bills, amendments or resolutions by the Legislature or promoting or opposing Executive veto or approval of such bills or resolutions, and providing exceptions thereto; prohibiting the influencing of or attempts to influence the actions of members of the Legislature relating to pending or prospective legislation by promise of or payment of money or other thing of value, and prohibiting the receipt or acceptance of any reward or compensation for such purpose.
