Relating to amending statutes relating to the promulgation of rules and regulations by the Railroad Commission of Texas, authorizing the Railroad Commission to set minimum field prices for gas produced from certain fields in Texas when necessary to prevent or lessen waste, or conditions conductive thereto, after notice and hearing.
