Relating to amending certain Acts so as to prohibit the pasting, painting, branding or in any manner whatsoever placing or attaching to any building, fence, gate, bridge, tree, rock, structure, or anything whatever, within the limits of any public highway, any written, printed or painted advertisement, bill, notice, sign, picture or poster, or the placing, maintaining, or displaying upon, or in view of traffic upon any highway any unofficial or unauthorized sign, signal or marking or device which purports to be or is an imitation of or resembles an official traffic-control device or railroad sign or signal, or which attempts to direct the movement of traffic or which hides from view or interference with the effectiveness of any official traffic-control device.
