Relating to authorizing the Game and Fish Commission to purchase and the Commissioner of the General Land Office to sell certain school land in Brewster County; providing the price to be paid insofar; providing for the filing of an application to purchase; providing that the sale of such land shall be subject to outstanding easements, leases and permits; providing for the reservation of all minerals to the State of Texas and the leasing of same; providing for the manner of payment by the Game and Fish Commission.
