Relating to any independent school district which has separated from municipal control and had an election assuming all or part of outstanding bonds theretofore issued by the municipality for school purposes; authorizing such district to levy a bond tax of not to extend 75 cents on the One Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation and a maintenance tax of $1.75 on the One Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation.
