HB 388, 54th R.S.
Relating to requiring the fingerprinting, identification and reporting of all felony cases in which the defendant seeks, or is afforded, the benefits of the Suspended Sentence Laws and the Adult Probation and Parole Law of this State; providing that the fingerprinting of the defendant and the reporting to the Department of Public Safety of such cases shall be a prerequisite to the granting of a suspended sentence, probated sentence, or the probation of the defendant.
