Relating to amending Statutes so as to authorize the Board of Control to award contracts for printing, binding, stationary adn supplies of like character estimated to cost less than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars by competitive bidding without public advertising under certain conditions; exempting the purchasing of supplies for the Legislature from the provisions of this Act.
