Relating to prohibiting swimming, wading, bathing or the placing of debris, trash or other waste material or thing in the waters of Rollover Pass in Galveston County and certain adjacent waters; prohibiting skiffs, boats, barges, rafts or any other floating devices in said waters; prohibiting the placing of any post, piling, obstruction, wire, rope, cable, net or trap in or upon said waters; permitting only ordinary pole and line or road and reel for fishing and prohibiting all other devices in said waters; and containing penalty, repealing, and saving clauses.
