Relating to permitting the establishment of a period of time, preceding the regular hunting season, for the hunting of deer and turkey exclusively with bows and arrows; authorizing the Game and Fish Commission to prescribe rules and regulations in connection therewith; authorizing the Game and Fish Commission to prescribe a license therefor.
