Relating to providing for the establishment of standards of quality in marketing of eggs, and for the grading of eggs; that the Commissioner of Agriculture be designated the official responsible for establishing and enforcing the regulations; authorizing an inspection fee for penalties and violations of regulations; and providing for certain exemptions.
