HB 51, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that vehicles used exclusively to transport ready-mix concrete may be operated upon the public highways of this state with a tandem axle load not to exceed thirty-six thousand (36,000) pounds, a single axle load not to exceed eighteen thousand (18,000) pounds or a gross load not to exceed fifty four thousand (54,000) pounds; providing for the fixing, filing, and approval of an indemnity bond under certain circumstances.
