Relating to making findings and declaring policies relating to industrial safety; defining terms; creating within the Bureau of Labor Statistics an Industrial Safety Board; authorizing said Board, after hearing, to make industrial safety rules for places of employment; to provide for the review of such rules; to provide penalties.
