SB 349, 54th R.S.

Relating to obtaining and maintaining additional library facilities for rural high school districts or independent school districts, now or hereafter organized, having boundaries embracing the entire area of a single county in this State, which county now has, or may hereafter have, an assessed valuation in excess of Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000), by authorizing courts and boards of library trustees; providing terms, conditions and limitations; repealing General Laws or parts thereof in conflict herewith.
