HB 452, 54th Regular Session
Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide for a Purchasing Agent in counties having a population of one hundred thousand (100,000) or more inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal census; providing that the salary of the purchasing agent shall be set at a figure not less than Thirty-six Hundred Dollars ($3600.00), nor more than Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) per year and providing that this salary shall be paid out of the General Fund and/or the Road and Bridge Fund; providing for a repealing clause.
