Relating to creating "Canadian River Municipal Water Authority," a Conservation and Reclamation District, constituting such District a political subdivision of the State, a body politic and corporate for the purpose of providing surface, storm and flood water for municipal, domestic, industrial and other uses permitted by law and the processing and distribution thereof.
