Relating to relinquishing, confirming and granting unto the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its heirs, successors and assigns, without limitation or reservation, all right, title and interest of the State of Texas in and to certain land in said City, hitherto submerged by the waters of Corpus Christi Bay, and known as The American Legion Center.
