HB 843, 53rd R.S.

Relating to providing that the Board of Trustees of all Rural High School Districts and County-line Rural High School Districts or Common School Districts in the State shall, at all times, have the right to enter into contracts of employment with a Superintendent, Principals, and Teachers and other Executive Officers of such School District for a term not to exceed three (3) years; providing that all twelve-month contracts made with any such employees shall begin on July 1st and end on June 30th in the year terminating the contract.
