Relating to authorizing board of trustees of rural high school districts in counties, or subject to the jurisdiction of counties, having a population of three hundred fifty thousand (350,000) or more inhabitants, to have and appoint an assessor-collector of taxes for their district and such deputy tax assessor-collectors as it deems necessary.
