Relating to amending certain statutes so as to authorize life insurance companies organized under the laws of this State to invest in bonds or notes of any educational or religious corporation where provision has been made for the payment of a sufficient amount of the first weekly or monthly revenues thereof to an interest and sinking fund account in a bank or trust company as an independent paying agent.
