Relating to amending certain acts defining the term "taxing units" and providing a method of trial in cases involving such taxing units, by adding thereto a new section providing protection to purchasers at void or defective tax foreclosure sales; providing for subrogation to the rights of the taxing units; providing for the right of re-foreclosure.
