HB 683, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts to provide that streets upon or along a boundary of any city referred to in said Act may be improved by such city whether lying wholly within its limits, partly within and partly without its limits, or wholly without its limits, and that the assessments provided in such Act may be levied against the abutting property.
